I’ll be holding a free webinar hosted by the lovely folks at Nik Software.

I’ll show how I use Apple’s Aperture in combination with my favourite plugins from Nik Software. I’ll also demonstrate how the same plugins work within a Photoshop environment. Regardless of which platform you’re on, you should find something of interest as the plugin interfaces and use are practically the same.

I loved Nik but since moving to CS5 I haven’t got the plugins running from my older version, think I need to pay for an upgrade and perhaps this webinar will inspire the move back.

    • Viveza 2 & Silver Efex Pro 2 are such an integral part of how I work that I can’t imagine not having them! Hopefully the seminar will be inspirational 🙂

  2. Hopefully I will make it! Looking forward to learning from you.
    Thanks for this.

  3. i am just a amateur photographer, the guys at nik are really cool – haven*t seen any other plugin maker which gives online webinars. just saw yestersday a webinar about silver efex pro 2 – outstanding plugin. your pictures are
    very good.

    • They are a great bunch at Nik and education is a big part of the company. They are by far my favourite plugins people; Viveza 2 and SIlver Efex 2 are just superb!!

  4. been debating if the Nik software is something i need or want for a while…

    • Well, pop by and have a look. The great thing is that you can download demos of the plugins and try them before buying. For colour work, I’d say Viveza 2 is a must. For B/W, Silver Efex Pro 2 is a must too, in my opinion.

  5. Hi Edmond,

This sounds great but I’ll be on a plane at that time. Will it be available online after the event ?

    • Hope to be hosting a recording online after the event. It’s a shame though as you’ll miss out on the Q&A and discount code at the end. Don’t fear too much though as we’re planning on a couple more after this one 🙂 Bon Voyage 🙂
